Dear
It's been great to see our Facebook group slowly growing with members starting to share more posts. To give you a taster, Jack shared his STARDIT initiative paper, Deb shared a paper led by consumers discussing community input in a genomic health implementation program, Hilary and Curtin Involve shared research posts, Joanne shared information on the 1st World Patients Conference, plus lots more. Though it is a private
group, anyone with an interest in research, willing to act respectfully in the group, is welcome to request access. So don't be shy if that's you.

I've put out a call this week to our Facebook group for people interested in helping pull together some guidance for conference organisers looking for pointers on how to be more inclusive of patients and carers, as part of our #ptinclusiveconf advocacy. If you are interested in helping, let us know. Equally, if you have been involved in organisating a conference that was patient inclusive, let us know your tips for success, so others can learn from you.
As always, wishing you happiness and abundant kindness until the next newsletter hits your inbox.
Janelle.

To learn more about any of these studies, please contact the research teams directly via the links. And if you are not living near a research centre but interested in a study they are running, it may still be worth speaking to the research team to discuss options. If you have problems contacting
the researchers, please let us know. AccessCR has no relationship with any of these projects and conducts this search of the public register to help people know as soon as possible about the research looking for participants. If you'd like to proactively advertise a research study, then get in touch. The first listing of a newly recruiting study is free, and subsequent listings are available at a small cost. Advertising your trial will help the CCReW know about it, and will help us sustain this free CCReW support service.

We love to hear your stories as trial participants, consumers involved in research or the carers and family that help support people do either. It helps us promote your good works, uncover areas for improvement, and inspire others as to what is possible.
Our concept research participation experience survey is online for anyone that would like to record/note their trial-related experiences over time, as often as you'd like to, from looking for trials, to finishing up a trial. Once completed, you will be emailed your responses to do with as you like. You may choose to send them on to the research centre you are visiting, or not.
Alternatively, we are happy to receive stories by email, talk to you on the phone or a video call, or any other way you'd like to share your story with us.
